Joytun Auto Rice & Dal Mills Ltd. is a concern of SB Group. The company was incorporated in the year 2017 as a private Ltd. company. The company is involved in milling rice from verities category of paddy such as BR-28, BR-29, Hybrid, Guti, Pariza, Zira Shal, etc. The company is also involved in processing peas and lentils.
Based in Dhaka, the company has set up its factory at Tartibpur, Fultala, Khulna, Bangladesh. State of the art production facility, high quality raw materials input, experienced workforce and strong distribution channel has made the company to achieve a sustainable growth over the year.
Production Facility:
Joytun Auto Rice & Dal Mills Ltd. is located at Tartibpur, Phultala, Khulna, Bangladesh. It is 13 km away from Khulna city. The project will be set-up on 3 acre land beside Khulna-Jessore highway having Bhoirab river connection for transportation. There are separate units for boiled and non-boiled rice and peas. In construction, Bangladesh National Building Code-1993, International Building Code-2006, The 1996 edition of the low rise building manual, Manual of Steel Construction-1989, AISC-2001, and 1996 Edition of Cold Formed Steel Design Manual was followed.
Total floor space size of the Factory building is 12,745 sqm including a godown of 4,573 sqm. The mill is equipped with receiving and cleaning section, Milling separator and De Stoner, paddy husking and separator
section, Grinding section, Rice whitening and color section, per boiling system, boiler, ETP machinery and other ancillary machinery. Main capital machinery was imported from different countries such as China, India, etc.
Business Process:
The concern is milling rice by considering market demand and price level of different types of rice. It is milling rice such as Minicate, BIRRI-28/29, Chinigura, etc.
Joytun Auto Rice & Dal Mills Ltd. is mainly concentrate on wholesaler for selling rice and lentils. In addition to that, Government of Bangladesh is also procuring rice from the rice mill. Jessore is one of the major rice markets in the region. As a consequence, the company is in advantageous position to sell rice with minimum cost. On the other hand, Sponsors of the company has concerns engaged in agricultural product trading, which is working as forward linkage for selling products.
